Project Assistant

Full-Time Project Assistant • We are seeking an energetic, detailed orientated person to provide project administration support for an engineering design services company. • Primary responsibilities include processing submittals and RFI’s, filing, and project closeouts. Will also provide Reception/Switchboard, mailroom, and facility services backup. • Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize and handle multiple, deadline-driven tasks effectively and efficiently. Must also possess good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel required. Knowledge of Prolog and other project tracking databases software a plus. • The ideal candidate should have prior project administration experience in a design engineering, architectural, or construction services company.
