Our professionals focus on managing program activities, expectations, and risk, while leading, supporting, and/or advising clients throughout all stages of the project life cycle. The ongoing success of our team allows you to set the pace of your career. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to project control staff. Manage a staff of project controls personnel performing estimating, schedule, cost and earned value data, interacting with Project Directors, scheduling personnel from various vendors, and clients. Must be able to provide client with concise data to enable them to make timely effective decisions. Manages, integrates, coordinates and review the work of the Project Controls group to develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain valuable program control databases and reports. Manage and ensure the reconciliation of program controls data with financial systems, coordinating with Support Services and IT Department. Coordinate and provide leadership to local Project Managers and Directors to establish and maintain data coding structures, project control tools, and quality data for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends and actual costs. Motivate and evaluate performance of Project Controls personnel and local project controls personnel. Develop, implement and maintain a management reporting data warehouse to produce valuable program controls reports and data. Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management. PE preferred. Minimum degree in engineering, business, construction management or related field with a master's degree in business administration or construction management strongly preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be an expert in the use of P3, P3 e/c and earned value techniques. Must be able to train, mentor and influence staff in a positve way. 10 to 20 years experience as a Project Controls Manager on major capital programs. Minimum twenty years experience in project controls work, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports. Must have great client skills.
