Project Coordinator

Henriksen/Butler is a successful office design firm located in Salt Lake City. We specialize in designing work environments for business, education and healthcare.  Currently we are accepting resumes for a Project Coordinator position. Duties of our project coordinators/managers include creating proposals, applying product discounts, ordering product, tracking product and scheduling installations.Also, coordinating the services of vendors, freight lines and various trades to ensure the successful installation of our products and the satisfaction of our clients.

The successful applicant will be computer literate with solid typing skills, have strong organizational skills, problem resolution skills, and be customer service oriented. Having the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks is critical.  Prior project management experience in the office furniture/installation/service industry is a plus. Salary is dependant upon prior experince.
