Responsibilities: 100% travel required, work from home anywhere in 48 states. -Maintain and update specifications and contract manuals for the project. -Organize the project drawings into working files, distribute drawing revisions to relevant parties, and maintain accurate as-built drawings. -Prepare, transmit, and expedite shop drawings catalog cuts, samples and other submittals to the Owner/Architect/Engineer for approval. -Formalize the project schedule, maintain changes and submit revisions. Input weekly quantities and assist in the monthly profit analysis of the project. -Assist the Project Manager/Superintendent as directed.
