Project Executive (Construction)

My client is a nationally recognized program management firm.  Market sectors include higher education, healthcare, laboratory, research, and government projects that range from $40 million to $900 million in size. The projects are both public and private.  The projects are approached from the owner’s perspective.

 

Also, my client has additional openings for Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Project Superintendents in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, Texas.

 

Interested individuals should have at least three years as a Project Executive managing over $100 million in projects at one time.  A degree is important, but strong project experience will also be considered.  Prior experience working with a design/build firm is a plus.  A proven track record of developing successful client relationships from Preconstruction through closeout is a must.

 

The position offers a competitive salary, profit sharing, Major Medical, dental insurance, and vehicle allowance.
