Project Manager - Construction

Project ManagerPortland (Metro Area), Oregon  We are seeking a Project Manager to work directly with our client on-site in a community about an hour outside of Portland, Oregon.  This is a $250 million + design build project.   This individual will be responsible to issue contracts, track design progress, maintain budget control, develop and manage consultant selection process, conduct drawing reviews, oversee the schedule, and coordinate design process. A qualified candidate must have 5+ years of project management background within both the design and construction phase, as well as at least 2 recent large (100M+) design/build projects.  Candidate must have commercial, manufacturing and/or institutional project experience (residential or retail experience will not be considered).  Candidate must have a track record of client satisfaction including excellent client relation skills at the executive level (i.e., Board of Directors). Must be professional, collaborative, have a solutions-oriented approach and strong relationship management skills with clients and vendors, excellent report writing skills and problem solving skills are essential.
