Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Project Manager for our client's Healthcare Studio with a minimum 10 years experience in hospital design and construction.

Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of overall project goals and parameters including client objectives, design criteria, construction and design budget, and schedule requirements. Establish a comprehensive work plan. Provide technical leadership to assure delivery of coordinated project documentation. Assist with design and technical coordination amongst disciplines and with sub-consultants. Negotiate the fees, contracts and schedule with the owner Administer Owner-Architect agreement Maintain and organize all project related documents, performing related construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, change order preparation and field problem resolution. Lead client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master in Architecture Heavy client contact experience Establish with design and technical leaders the task schedule and manpower requirements consistent with project agreement Excellent organizational and communications skills required
