Project Manager / Project Architect (Civic)

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For”, is seeking a Project Manager/Project Architect for our Civic Studio in our Charlotte office.

 

The individual selected for this opportunity will serve as the primary contact on assigned projects within our Civic Studio. He/she will work closely with the Civic Studio Principal and Design Director to develop concept design, design development, construction documents, and will provide some construction administration on projects. This individual will serve as a mentor by sharing his/her experience on similar projects and will demonstrate a commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice.

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in running projects, managing project teams, client relationship management, and maintaining project profitability, and will possess a professional architectural degree and registration. Required skills include proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop, interest in learning Revit, strong design skills, and effective communication skills. Experience in civic architecture and a passion for this project type are essential. It is important that the successful candidate possess a knowledge and passion for sustainable design and understanding of the LEED process.
