JOB TITLE: Project Manager/Project Engineer

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading Architectural/Engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager and a Project Engineer to join their team.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Work with the VP of Operations on various projects

·  Conduct preliminary research and entitlements for all projects

·  Oversee ALL PLANNING AND ZONING for projects

·  Insure drawings are accurate and complete

·  Coordinate all proposals

·  Create and monitor budgets on various projects

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·  BS/BA in Architecture or Engineering

·  5+ years working with petroleum, alternative energy, and/or retail projects

·  3+ years experience with entitlements, planning, and zoning
