Project Manager's Assistant

Local Development / Management Company is seeking qualified applicants to assist our Planning and Development Manager.  The successful candidate will meet all requirements, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and good communication skills.Job Requirements: Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Ability to read and understand blue prints Drafting experience Familiarity with building codes Strong attention to detail, with ability to recognize discrepancies Demonstrated skill in working in a team environment Experience with Word and Excel

 

Initial duties will include assisting in the organization and set up of our planning / development department, by organizing existing data, plus researching and acquiring missing data in all formats and fields.  This is vital to establish an efficient and user friendly environment for staff and future projects.We are a dynamic and growing company, with a team atmosphere and supportive work environment.  This is an entry-level position with strong potential for a promising career track.This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.  Excellent benefits.  Salary DOE.
