Job Duties to Include the Following:

 

Ø  Work on multiple projects.

Ø  Civil site design, land development design, site planning, grading, and storm water management.

Ø  Work on projects ranging from shopping centers, residential, higher education, and mixed-use developments.

Ø  Application of municipal land use laws.

Ø  Strong management skills over technical staff.

Ø  Strong experience working with clients.

 

Job Requirements:

 

 

Ø  BS degree in Civil Engineering. (Masters preferred)

Ø  5 to 15+ years of experience with civil site design, land development design, site planning, grading, and storm water management.

Ø New Jersey Professional Engineer license.

Ø  Extensive knowledge of municipal land use law.

Ø Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and possess the desire to develop new clients and expand the services of existing clients while maintaining strong billability.

Ø  Planning board / testimonial experience a must.

Ø  Strong analytical and judgment capabilities.

Ø  Strong leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills.
