Receptionist for well known architecture firm

Who doesn't want to work at an architecture firm? You will serve as the master of first impressions for all clients, guests and prospects ensuring that their needs are identified and handled timely and professionally. Duties include answering and forwarding incoming calls, scheduling conference rooms, complete administrative tasks as assigned and serve as back-up support for other team members.  Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well independently, or with minimal supervision, is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. College degree preferred. This is a direct hire position that pays up to 32K plus very nice benefits.
