International Project Management firm is looking for experienced retail project managers to handle multiple projects. Hire ASAP

 

Requirements:

 College Degree in Architecture or Construction related area 3 years retail specific, 5 Years minimum overallMust know all phases of Real estate/ Leasing, Design/Architecture, ConstructionSome national experience requiredProficient in all PC applications including MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project Superior attention to detail Ability to understand and manage budgets, schedules and estimates Scheduling of all master project schedule items, including integration of design, construction, furniture, IT, equipment and relocation schedules. Project budgeting of all project budget line items and assumptions. Design development and construction document budget updates. Cost projection tracking against master project budget. Tracking and resolving all project issues. Some ACAD experience helpful
