COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Kettal Group has 3 factories strategically located and more than 14 private owned showrooms in major cities like Miami (Coral Gables), Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Dusseldorf, Munich, Viena and Antwerp, Dubai, etc. Kettal Group is formed by 4 prestigious brands: KETTAL, HUGONET, TRICONFORT and EVOLUTIF, which cover from the entry level to the state of the art niche markets.

 

Kettal USA is the filial company based in Coral Gables (Miami), is in charge to develop distribution for the American market. We are looking for a team sales member.

 

Essential duties:

 

She/he  will be the responsible for acting as the customer liaison to establish and maintain positive relations with customers, distributors, dealers, and costumers contract channel

 

Responsibilities:Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries about delivery times, products or other questions they may haveVerify stock status and lead timesVerify and investigate short-shipments, product support, order status Resolve discrepancies pertaining to orders and process customer returnsCommunicate with customers regarding shipments, orders, return authorizations, lead times, and stock status etc via e-mail, fax and/or telephone

Background:College Degree helpful or Associate degreeMinimum 2 years in Customer Service position.MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge Navision is a plus Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Must be proactive and function well as a problem solverMust have ability to handle difficult customers in a professional and courteous mannerAbility to handle multiple priorities a must.Must be a team playerFluent in spanish is a plus
