SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - Newport Beach

High end, hip, young design firm, seeks a senior interior designer.  We are looking for a senior level candidate to manage and execute luxury residential design projects.  Highly creative, innovative design style is encouraged - we will provide the resources to maximize your creativity.  Excellent personnel and project management skills are required.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Presentations
- Residential Space Planning
- New product sourcing and product selection - furniture, accessories, lighting, paint colors, etc.
- Oversee product pricing
- Manage, train, and motivate multiple assistants
- Coordinate and interface with contractors as necessary
- Oversee client proposals and purchase orders for vendors
- Coordinate and manage deliveries and installations
- Interface with warehouse and merchandising personnel    


REQUIREMENTS:
- Residential design experience
- Strong client presentation skills
- Experience working with contractors
- Strong Organizational skills
- Team player
- Experience with design consulting, handling and all phases of the project with clients.
- Knowledge of antiques and quality high-end and custom furniture
- Experience with Studio Designer a + but not required
- Excellent problem solving
- Enthusiastic and willing to grow with our company.
- Office administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
