Sales Assistant - New Home Sales

Leading Atlanta homebuilder for 36 years is expanding its new home community presence in Atlanta and is seeking Atlanta's best new home sales assistants to complement its outstanding sales team.  Traton is one of Atlanta's Top 3 Georgia Family businesses in the medium-size company category and has been recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 100 Private Companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.  Traton has built over 6,000 homes in more than 50 communities since 1971 and has won numerous industry awards for excellence. 

Traton's New Home Sales Assistants enjoy a fixed monthly compensation plus bonus and the opportunity to grow into a new home sales agent position.Sales Assistants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, cancer, accident and hospitalization insurance after 90 days.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
-Greet and register customers
-Provide prompt response to Internet leads.
-Enter and follow-up on all Internet leads utilizing CRM system and other follow-up tools.
-Ensure all collaterals are current and stocked.
-Assist Sales Agent with follow-up communications with customers in various communities.
-Attend weekly sales meeting at corporate office in Marietta.
-Other duties as requested by Sales Manager.
-Assist agent with contract documentation and reports.
