About the Opportunity:

You will be working for our Division Director and working in our expanding 3D Digital Design Division managing projects/deadlines and producing compelling, photorealistic photo composites, 3D renderings and animations for our clients that engage, attract and sell. Most projects will require a multi-discipline approach and you will work on a project team comprised of other design professionals from Architecture, Industrial Design and Interior Design areas. Assignments will be mainly still images with additional work will require animated fly-throughs as well as motion graphics for advertising, packaging, promotions, and web clients.

 

Qualifications:

 

§  Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with 5-7 years Graphic Arts experience.

§  Proven ability to work independently to photo composite, model and render highly realistic environments.

§  Expert level with 3D Software Apps: Lightwave, 3D Studio Max, V Ray/Mental Ray render and textures and/or other compositing software. Familiarity with FormZ, Maya8 a plus

§  Must be expert in Adobe CS3 Photoshop

§  Proficiency in Adobe CS3 Illustrator, Acrobat

§  Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Flash a plus

§  Track record of multi-tasking, managing tight deadlines and solving problems.

§  Experience in Architecture - Retail store, POP, real estate and/or residential design is very desirable.

§  Proven self-starter, establish trust, and empowers commitment and accountability.

§  Drive innovation to deliver dynamic visual impact and new graphic concepts

§  Create cutting edge techniques, new graphic languages and compositions

§  Interest in translating 3D Models in to rapid prototypes

§  Strong organizational skills: work quickly and efficiently.

§  Excellent communication skills.

§  US Citizenship

 

We are a MAC shop and favor proficiency with Apple OSX and applications
