MAXIM Quality/Failure Analysis is looking for an experienced Failure Analysis Engineer to do hands on FA on a variety of mixed signal integrated circuits at our 929 Arques Sunnyvale, CA location.

Circuits are primarily CMOS analog / mixed signal with high digital content.

Analyst will be expected to drive the analysis from start to finish and multiplex on several projects at once.

Good verbal and written skills in English required. Must interface with the FAB, Assembly, Design, Applications, and Customer Support. Analyst should be a self starter and aggressively drive to conclusion both customer and internal qualification failures. Experience with analog circuits is a plus. Prefer candidates with BSEE / MSEE; BS Physics; ChemE; MS w/ a semiconductor bias.
