Senior Program Manager

Currently we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to be responsible for developing and managing a staff of up to 10 professionals while overseeing the design and construction of public projects. Responsibilities will also include developing the delivery strategies for all components of a $700-900M bond program that will affect two college campus's. Local “travel” will be required between the two campus’s and to the Kitchell So Cal regional office in Ontario (20 miles away).

Minimum experience of managing at least two successful educational programs greater than $400M in value, one being a successful CCD program, as a Program Manager.BS in Architecture or Engineering required, MBA a plus. 15+ years experience as Project/Construction Manager responsible of project delivery. Excellent track record of managing a professional staff of 8-10 project managers/ project engineers. Strong focus on staff training and procedure adherence. Proven/ strong credibility as a leader to the extended program team of A/E’s, DSA, owner stakeholders, regulatory agencies, etc.
