Senior Project Manager assignment in Seoul Korea

 We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team of outstanding professionals working with clients in Seoul, Korea.  The project, currently under construction, encompasses an entire city block including 10 stories below grade for parking and an underground mall.  There are 3 large high rise buildings and a hotel above grade. We are seeking individuals to provided professional scheduling services which include:  Assisting major contractors with developing schedules Developing the overall master schedule Cost loading the schedule Attending monthly scheduling meetings Reviewing GC monthly updates and provide comments Reviewing actual field progress Reviewing Contractor pay applications  This is a full time position (based in Korea) with an estimated duration of 3 to 4 years. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, housing, and transportation.    A qualified candidate must have 5+ years of project management background including 2 fairly recent large scale (100M+) projects.
