Use your detail and multitasking skills to help ensure the timely, accurate preparation of submission information for the Sign Off phase of a project. Responsibilities will include: checking your computer for new project assignments and permit issuance, preparing folders and computerized forms, forwarding Certifications and related documents to Construction professionals, inputting new information into the system, and creating/maintaining project spreadsheets. At the later stage, you will also prepare the cover letter to the Department of Buildings (DoB), verify data, meet with DoB personnel, and prepare materials for Accounting.



To qualify, you must be highly organized, diligent and adaptable, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience/technical training. You must have excellent oral/written communication, project coordination and problem-solving skills; sound independent judgment; and proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet. Any experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry and technical abilities to pick up proprietary software systems are a big plus.
