Summary of Position:

Develops subcontract agreements; negotiates, administers, modifies and terminates subcontracts; assists in contracts administration; administers, extends, and closes contracts and agreements as appropriate to the specific contract; researches and interprets relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards; oversees the processing of subcontracts and contracts; assists in the preparation of cost estimates and cost proposals

 

Qualifications:

BA/BS required

At least 5 years of experience directly related to federal government subcontracting or contracting

Skilled at communicating with both technical & business professionals

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; esp. MS Excel

Detailed working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
