Position Summary:

Prepares preliminary sketches and or schematic diagrams.  Applies all preliminary information and contributing data to develop final design.  Prepares layout, detail, and assembly drawings.

 

Qualifications:

 Minimum 7 years work experience in computer aided drafting using Autocad 2000 or higher and/or Solidworks.  Associates degree in mechanical design or equivalent technical school training.  Experience in mechanical design and layout preferably in food processing or material handling.  Must have good mathematical background to handle common calculations.Experience with steel and stainless steel fabrication and sheet metal drafting a plus.
