Sr. Project Administrator

Our Financial Services Team in the Moreno Valley, CA office is searching for a Sr. Project Administrator. Responsibilities: As part of the Financial Services team, you will assist Project Managers with setting up projects and invoicing in accordance with the contract agreements. Other key accountabilities and responsibilities will include: • Ensuring contract interpretation for correct contract type, rates, expense mark ups and work breakdown structure are properly input into Oracle financial system.• Project and financial cost analysis.• Preparation of contract invoices, WIP write offs and other project related transactions in accordance with company policy.• Assist Project Managers with any project issues requiring accounting adjustments.• Process project closures. Qualifications: • Requires 5 years of project accounting and contract experience.• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.• Ability to interface with Managers and clients.• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Problem solving skills and ability to meet established deadlines.• Computer literacy with spreadsheet experience.• Oracle experience preferred but not required.
