Sr. Project Manager

The ongoing success of our team allows you to set the pace of your career. Responsibilities: Mentors and trains staff in project management methods, procedures and activities. Assesses project requirements, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client. Ensures that project deliverables satisfy project requirements. Leads team in the development of master project plans to accomplish project commitments and timing. Determines, monitors and reviews costs, operational budgets, schedules and staffing requirements for project teams. Manages and enhances project quality by providing ideas and suggestions to the team aimed at improving the effectiveness of their role, and of the project activities in general. Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria. Performs other incidental and related duties as required. Manages client relationships and promotes repeat business. Qualifications: BS in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Mgmt or a related field. Strong estimating, budgeting and scheduling skills. Comprehensive understanding and experience in managing each stage of the Design and Construction process. Knowledge and experience in CPM scheduling, Project Controls, Quality Assurance and Construction Coordination. CMAA certification, P3 experience a plus. Must be able to manage client expectations. Experience on independently leading a team in the implementation of all aspects of project management. Management large and often multiple projects and participation in corporate initiatives to assist in meeting company goals.
