Studio Administrator

Top 50 architectural firm seeks to feel key administrative role. Through our four nationally-focused offices, Cooper Carry provides holistic design services to many of the nations most prominent clients, including public/private ventures, public-sector agencies, universities, corporations and developers. We are seeking a Studio Administrator for our office in Alexandria Virginia. The ideal candidate will be able to: document project information and related communications accomplish administrative tasks that contribute to the overall project and studio. meeting scheduling, creation of correspondence, meeting minutes and memorandums for architectural staff Prepares project related forms and tracking documents Proofread documentation for clients and internal use Assist in preparation of project schedules. Coordinate travel arrangements. Schedule and coordinate in-office meetings Maintain project files and document logs according to firm standards. Maintain Deltek Contact Database Arrange for courier pick-ups, overnight delivery and processes incoming mail Assist with New Employee Training on telephone/fax procedures, time sheets, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of administrative experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Strong skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

ability to interact positively, timely and cooperatively with co-workers and clients

High school diploma
