Superintendent

Mid-Coast Construction Management Firm seeking qualified Superintendent. Applicant must have 10+/- years of previous commercial supervisory experience. Must be familiar with project documents, processes, and controls for the general contracting field. Applicant must have proven track record with meeting scheduled deadlines, managing safe work sites compliant with OSHA approved measures, and overseeing all aspects of quality control in the field. Applicant should demonstrate leadership skills, strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, and ability to effectively manage employees and subcontractors. Applicant will work closely with Project Managers to ensure project goals are being met. Position requires hands on field participation. Must be knowledgeable in wood frame and steel frame construction as well as all other construction standard industry divisions and building codes. Travel is required.
