TECHNICAL CAD OPERATOR We currently have an opening for a Technical CAD Operator in our corporate office that is located in Denver, CO. JOB RESPONSIBILITES Prioritize and maintain records of new preliminary drawings and site-specific drawings Maintain and update existing drawings files and log revisions to current drawings Review final drawings and suggest improvements as needed Building code research Communicates with General Manager and Salespeople on individual projects Proficient at using 3D modeling software EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED   · AutoCad or Technical Drawing education.  1-5 years AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks experience is required  · 1-5 years AutoCad experience is required  · Knowledge of TrueBuild software a plus but not required  · Advanced PC skills, preferably in MS Office  · Good verbal and written communication skills a must  Engineering education or experience a plus but not required We offer an excellent benefits package including paid time off, medical, vision, dental and 401K benefits.
