In addition we are a VAR of digital signage hardware and interactive content design solutions. We are a growing company that has recently been awarded national contracts for graphic design and looking for a team player.


OPPORTUNITY

We have a unique opportunity for talented Technical Design Manager to oversee and manage multiple graphic development projects and kiosk connectivity network design into BAS.  Candidate should be able to quickly learn multiple building automation software packages and manage a growing staff.


JOB DESCRIPTION The main responsibilities are to design graphical user interfaces and provide technical project management for graphical design projects. The ability to understand HVAC control drawings, floor plans, and points databases are a must.  This person is responsible for organization of all aspects of the project from pre- bid pricing to delivery of the project.  This person will work closely with our design team and sales team to insure customer satisfaction.  


RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE: Managing the day to day operations of assigned projects so that they are completed on time and on budget Serving as the main point of contact for clients relating to assigned projects  Managing a team of graphic designers  Accurately define project requirements Ensuring projects follow established guidelines that ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible  Communicating with team members regarding project needs  Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment  Self-motivated  Self-learning

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

· Vocational school four year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology and minimum 3 years of field experience

· Experience with applications such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens or other technologies for building automation/integration solutions

· Two year of experience managing projects and staff a plus 
AutoCAD/Visio

· MS Office products

THE COMPENSATION:

·  This is a full time salary position with an expected 40 hours per week.

·  Starting salary will be determined upon experience.
