Job Scope

Develops innovative, cost-effective enterprise-wide recruitment solutions that will have a direct impact upon business strategies and the bottom line.  Recruits top caliber employees in a high-growth environment. Partners with senior leadership drive programs and with marketing to develop an employment branding methodology to enhance the recruitment, hiring and retention of top talent throughout the organization. 



Duties may include, but are not limited to:



Essential Functions:

Leads the creation of programs, systems and other employment related solutions that support the achievement of corporate goals and values.



Manages Talent Acquisition processes that are highly successful in attracting the most qualified employees and matching them to the jobs for which they are best suited.



Provides expert guidance, facilitation and collaboration to recruit, identify, select, orient, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates.



Incorporates the tenets of equal employment opportunity and diversity recruitment.  Focuses on the identification, selection and retention of a diverse workforce.



Works closely with department representatives and hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities with respect to attraction and retention of a high quality and diverse workforce.  Consults/partners with company and Human Resource leaders on talent acquisition and retention.



Manages a staff of recruiters and support staff, and is responsible for successfully developing the skill and capability of team members.  Manages all external recruiting relationships and activities, relocation, and forecasting/monthly financials.



Recruits, identifies, and selects director level and above openings.



Partners with Total Rewards in the relevant compensation activities of internal equity and market analysis.



Ensures timely and accurate communication of employment related metrics to identify issues and trends, from ensuring accurate data entry to data analysis.  Advises management on trends and retention strategies.



Partners with hiring managers and division leaders to play a key role in the design, implementation and management of workforce planning processes.



Performs other duties as assigned.



Knowledge: 

Experience in recruiting at the corporate executive level and at the campus level.

Partner with diversity leader to develop and drive diversity recruitment initiatives.

Demonstrated team leadership, facilitation skills and the ability to build strong teams.

Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, vision and innovation to drive results.

Proven ability to partner with business leaders to successfully drive the recruitment agenda, large scale initiatives and gain their commitment and support.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment.

Strong client-service orientation.

Ability to work with many cross-functional internal and external partners.

Collaborative problem-solving skills.

Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach.

Demonstrated experience benchmarking and implementing best in class strategies, processes and programs.

Understands the business vision, strategy, financial priorities and performance measures and cycle.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) plus 10 or more years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years of significant experience in successful recruitment and retention methodologies.
