Web Designer

Magic Technologies Group for a Web Designer who will assist the Production Team in the creation and maintenance of the websites.Candidates for this position should have a good mix of design creativity that is based on a strong understanding of Web design.

Requirements Portfolio/URL review or Sample work One to two years of experience preferred Expert in  Photoshop,Illustrator,  Knowledge of HTML / CSS,FLASH. Javascript / Actionscript a huge plus! Ability to create superior online visual design, including typography, visual concept, logo and icon design for the Internet and interactive platforms. Specific knowledge of design tools for the online environment Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them Ability to deliver successful design and integration and the delivery of projects on time Degree or equivalent training in a related field (fine art, graphic design, interactive design, etc.) preferred, but not required Traditional animation skills a plus

 

The new hire will become a member of a small team of experienced designers in a fast-paced environment and must have the following: Self motivated A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to working a challenging position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, strong follow-up skills and ability to work on multiple project
