To assist us in expanding our asset management service offerings and realize our sales objectives, we are seeking two (2) experienced New Business Sales Managers (NBSM) to join our team.  One NBSM will have additional *IT requirements, please see below.

 

These key positions will be located at our corporate headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and report directly to the C.E.O.  Although the NBSM will frequently work alongside Finance, *IT and the U.S. & Canadian business operations, they will ultimately be responsible to develop new business relationships with executives and/or purchasing agents targeting both OEM and non automotive sectors to maximize and increase revenue generation.  

 

Candidates interested in either NBSM position, must: Hold a BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fieldHave a minimum 4 years operational experience; preferably in an OEM and/or Tier One Supplier environmentHave a minimum 2 years sales experience in automotive/fleet industry and *corresponding IT needs Provide proven track record of successful sales initiatives and negotiation of strategic accountsPossess creative sales and marketing strategiesPossess the ability to analyze, research and translate various data so that it can be easily understood and utilized in marketing proposals Be self directed Take responsibility for completion of projects at multiple stages to ensure all projects and deadlines are successfully metBe extremely well organized, analytical and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests for information simultaneouslyBe extremely articulate; possess exceptional verbal and written communication skillsPresent a polished and professional appearance Possess superior presentation and influencing skillsPossess a strong understanding of financial modeling Ability to respond and react quickly and communicate effectively throughout the negotiation processHold the ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment.Have strong PC applications experience (MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint). Flexible working days/hours and travel required.

 In addition to the above, for NBSM w/IT background:

 *Possess an in-depth knowledge and the mechanical ‘behind the scenes’ workings of  the Internet, Microsoft Development tools/products and usage
