We are first to develop a Retail Franchise to serve the infinite needs of the consuming public. Summary: Working under the supervision of the Director of Area Development in your major metropolitan area, you will perform auto appearance reconditioning services for auto dealers, rental car companies, and fleets.  Eliminate cosmetic blemishes (i.e. dents, dings, scratches, burns, cracks, breaks, tears, discoloration, odors, etc.) from vehicle’s paint, plastic, glass, leather, vinyl, carpet, etc., PLUS provide a wide variety of automotive enhancement specialties such as spray-in bed-liners, pinstriping, interior-exterior graphics, accent trim, and accessories. If flexibility, freedom, and fun are not part of your current job description, this is may be the opportunity for you!  Duties and Responsibilities: ·  Become certified in all 6 categories of appearance Reconditioning services: PDR, as well as Exterior Paint Repairs, Interior Repairs,  Glass Services, Detail Cleaning Services, Specialties Group. ·  Manage and nurture rapport with service and used car manager, fleet owners and other decision makers. ·  Generate daily production invoices via laptop computer and manage accounts receivable. Recap the production weekly and send it to the Director of Area Development. ·  Maintain quality standards for a wide variety of customer services. REQUIREMENTS Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Hands-on problem solving with a basic business background including exemplary customer service skills and management abilities are required in addition to the ability to present and sell additional repairs. An appreciation for outdoor life is beneficial. A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Chemicals, Specialized Training You will receive comprehensive training in the use of specialty chemicals, machine and tools designed for our unique auto appearance reconditioning services as well as training in management and sales. We provide all equipment, tools and supplies. You must provide your own vehicle. You will be required to complete a thorough application online; many will be called but few will be chosen. Due to the proprietary training provided, every employee is franchised to perform M.A.R.S. branded services. The required Franchise and Training Fees may be fully refunded after meeting qualifications. This position has seen individuals succeed from many different fields.
