Position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, some knowledge of vehicles and maintenance and compter/paperwork skills.Experience working at a car dealership, as a service rep or at a company like Firestone, Goodyear, AutoZone or Sears, working the counter, interacting with customers, etc would qualify.You will be working at the company office, working on the phone taking calls and talking with cutomers who need to service or repair their vehicles.
