ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Service Coordinator (SC) is a specialized, highly trained and skilled member of the Business Development Center (BDC). The Service Coordinator handles inbound service calls, performs outbound due and overdue service reminders, confirms solid and specific service appointments, and performs follow-up calls on appointment no-shows. No cold calling or telemarketing is involved.

 

COMPENSATION: $12.00 TO $14.00 Per Hour plus commissions up  to an additional $800.00 per month.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Master all training materials provided by UDC, including scripts and PowerTracks.

· Develop a solid understanding of product information related to the makes and models and all major services provided by the service department.

· Develop a thorough understanding of and demonstrating adherence to CCC policies and procedures.

· Demonstrating proficiency of the CCC software.

· Use the Service Work Sheet script on all inbound service calls.

· Use various PowerTracks at the appropriate stages of a service call.

· Keep current with coupons, direct mail pieces, and all service specials.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The CS must possess outstanding communication skills, friendly and enthusiastic disposition, the ability to speak articulately, have a positive attitude and good work ethics.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Computer skills are critical to this position. The qualified candidate will have the following skills:Windows Operating SystemMS Office Suite
