ACCOUNT COORDINATOR(S)

 

  JSSI is a globally recognized firm with a substantial portfolio of turbine engines, airframes, and a trust aligned with the recommendations of on-going actuarial studies.  We are a product driven company whose primary mission is to provide the finest hourly cost maintenance programs and associated services to the aviation industry. 

 

We are looking for two Account Coordinators to be responsible for assisting the regional Account Executives in handling all non-technical customer service interactions with existing clients.  Responsibilities include coordinating the contract generation process by working with key departments in order to prepare new contracts, amend existing contracts, coordinate rate changes, and prepare renewal contracts. Supports the Account Executives in the coordination of transfer contracts.  Assists the Account Executives to resolve routine customer service issues relating to contracts, invoices, monthly reporting, and account maintenance.  Assists in educating new customers about our program, their coverage, and contractual obligations.  Tracks all customer interactions in the CRM system.

 

Qualified candidates will have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service.  We will also consider 1 to 2 years contract generation experience and educational equivalent preferably in the aviation or financial services industries.  Must be detail-oriented and have experience working with demanding clients.  Ability to grasp new financial and technical concepts quickly. Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office and CRM.  Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be highly organized and thrive in a fast paced environment.  Must also maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be committed to being a supportive team member.
