After-Market Sales Representative

Arnold Machinery Company, the oldest Hyster Forklift dealer in the United States is looking to fill the position of After-Market Sales Representative in its Denver, Colorado Material Handling Branch.

Our company is growing and is looking for experienced sales specialists with a background related to fork lifts.  Mechanical experience a great plus.  This customer-care position is responsible for prospecting for new customers, quoting service work and parts, as well as generating sales throughout the large existing customer base in an assigned sales area.

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of outside sales experience, have sales experience related to fork lifts or material handling products, and be proficient in MS office software (Word/Excel).  Must be self motivated with a strong sense of initiative, posses strong presentation skills, and have a good work ethic.

This position involves daily travel throughout a designated sales area and some occasional overnight travel for sales meetings.  A successful sales rep will be able to visit customers, diagnose fork lift services or parts needed, and provide customer with appropriate follow-up solutions, either through a formal quote or suggested sales.  Sales person will work directly with customers, Field Technicians, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Branch Manager, and After-Market Sales Manager.
