This is an appointment coordinator position and will require telephone interaction with customers seeking automotive sales and financing options.  Representative will keep customers and potential customers informed by providing general products and services information.  Representative will increase customer loyalty and retention by providing prompt and courteous phone support as needed for automotive sales and service departments nationwide.


 

Duties:

* Must Have and be able to Maintain a Positive attitude!!!


*Answer Inbound/Make Outbound calls to schedule appointments - ALL LEADS ARE PROVIDED!  NO COLD CALLING!!!
* Determine nature of customer inquiry, clarify details and interpretation, ask questions, and research customers' records.
* Respond to requests by providing information and anticipating unasked questions.
* Initiate or update inquiry in customer database by inputting questions and response data.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical manuals and bulletins.
* Accomplish customer service and organization goals by completing related tasks as needed.


 

Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills, Data Entry Skills, Organization, Analyzing Information, Phone Skills, Listening, Customer Service, Requirements Analysis, Multi-tasking, Computer Skills and Internet Savvy

Some call center experience is preferred, but not required.  All training is provided.  Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.

Position requires a neat and professional appearance, the ability to work well with a team and as an individual, and a genuine commitment to excellence personally and professionally.


This is a Full Time position. Our Call Center operating hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with rotating shifts of 8-5 and 11-8. Sunday hours from 10-6. Evening and Weekend availability is Required.
