Assistant Branch Manager - Auto Finance Company (Marlborough)

DescriptionAs an Assistant Branch Manager with UACC, you are responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day branch operations. This includes but is not limited to the following: Partnering with the Branch Manager in meeting of daily business goals and objectives as well as supervision and training of operational branch staff; establish and generate new dealer business while maintaining established dealer relationships; daily collections and credit analysis; monitor staffing needs of the branch to assure 100% coverage at all times; working with the Branch Manager to ensure good communications and clear procedural follow-through among employees; bank deposits and field visits as needed. Required Expereience4-8 years of progressive captive, non-captive or automotive finance experience; management in the areas of collections, credit analysis or credit underwriting in consumer finance; effective communication skills; strong leadership, staff management, performance management and conflict management skills a must. Sound judgment, adaptability, problem solving and analytical skills required.
