Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of PDR, assist in operations and management of the PDR Technicians in the paintless dent repair department in a timely manner. Perform all additional duties as directed by the Director of PDR. Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Assist Technicians and perform the review, write up, and dent repair on all types of cars, light trucks, and SUVs using the company paintless dent repair process and other safety procedures. 2.Develop and maintain customer relationships. Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention from all employees. Notify Manager of any delays or discrepancies in repair estimates. 3.Develop and train all employees within the Department by company standards and guidelines. Monitor training conducted and ensure such training is according to company policy and procedures. 4.May assist the Director of PDR in coordinating recruiting and hiring process and procedures for staffing with Human Resources Representative per company policy. 5.Make sure work area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Keep work area clean and free of clutter. Sweep and pick up work area daily. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the Manager or designee. 6.Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.Educational Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Eight (8) plus years experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician required, manager experience preferred. Master Technician certification required.
