Autmotive Service Manager

We are a looking for the right person to take our good service department and make it great!!! We are looking to grow our business taking advantage of the increase in population in our market area.  The right person will be able to run their own business within a business and create the department they always wanted to run.  Management will be there to support you not micro-manage you. 

The right person would have management experience in a Service department.  We want someone with good management, organization and motivational skills to help bring our service department to the next level. 

We are a family owned (since 1919) business in a growing part of southeastern Wisconsin.  We have many long term employees with many with over 20 years of Hartnell Experience.  We have many long term sales and service customers and with the new people moving into the area we are starting to grow out business.  Hartnell ranks high in CSI in sales and Service in our Zone.
