Equipped with the latest technology, our adjusters estimate the damage to vehicles fairly and courteously. Accidents, even relatively minor ones, can be traumatic. Our Adjusters handle our customer’s concerns with compassion and understanding. They ensure that the customer will receive every advantage that their policies call for. But while they go out of their way for customers, they are also the company’s first line of defense to control expenses and detect fraud.Qualified Adjusters must have at least two or more years of auto damage adjusting experience or related body shop estimating experience. ICAR certifications and familiarity with CCC pathways preferred.Starting Pay: $42,986/yr (Salary could be higher for candidates with extensive experience). Our ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Time management skills Basic computer knowledge An interest in automobiles A detail oriented personality A good driving record Problem solving skillsCandidates must be able to travel for training during the first 6 months of employment.
