The Vehicle Salesperson is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction levels acceptable to management.  Also, the Vehicle Salesperson sells vehicle leasing services to businesses and individuals at profit and customer satisfaction guidelines acceptable to management.  This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and following-up.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalent.  Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.  Valid in-state driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance company.  Professional personal appearance.  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.  Ability to explain the leasing concept to consumers.
