Business Development Manager

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Arlington Toyota’s Business Development Center.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Building and managing a team of 4 employees to schedule appointments for the dealership by answering and responding to incoming phone calls and internet leads.·  Make follow up phone calls to unsold prospects to find out why they did not purchase and what the dealership needs to do to earn their business. · Ensure all internet leads are followed up with in a timely and ongoing manner.· Create and ensure word tracks are continuously being used.· Communicate with top managers on a daily basis about store traffic, incentive changes and pricing changes.· Track appointments set, appointment show and appointment sold metrics weekly.· Continuously train and role play with employees on overcoming customer objections.The ideal candidate will have great written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, proven success in management and a working knowledge of CRM software.
