CAT Dealer seeks EPG Service Coordinator

H.O. Penn, the Caterpillar dealer for Lower NY and all CT is seeking a talented EPG Field Service Coordinator to join our service team in our Bronx location.  This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join our growth-oriented company.

 

 The EPG Field Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting the EPG Supervisor by handling phone calls, routing callers to appropriate areas, assisting with scheduling techs for field calls, typing quotes, and communicating with customers.  This position also assists with service processes such as work orders, invoices and payroll.

 

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

 • High School Graduate, College Preferred

 • Minimum three years experience working in a fast-paced service office, handling customer phone calls and coordinating service work

 • Must be computer literate and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 • Must possess excellent phone skills and typing skills

 • Must have excellent organizational skills
