Our client is currently seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst. The ideal person will be technically savvy enough to organize the sophisticated reporting and compliance products, work with the company staff at all levels. . up to, and including the President while, at the same time, be personable and amiable enough to develop a close working relationship with the customer account's contract compliance staff to ensure our understanding of, and compliance with, their interpretation of the Service Level Objectives, etc. Manage Small Business & Membership Sales contracts to determine compliance and provide required reporting.· Manage, direct and coordinate through appropriate company staff, all compliance issues as they relate to Small Business & Membership Sales contracts.· Manage and develop best practices for complying with contract elements and reporting same, as well as provide drivers for all company areas involved in Service Level Objectives and performance standards to bring all to at/above required levels.· Manage all tasks as they support risk management, process performance, quality assurance, dispute resolution, escalation and reporting.· Facilitate effective and timely implementation of contract compliance responsibilities with program objectives and requirements.· Ensure contract compliance and reporting adheres to all company standards and policies.· Obtain data, prepare formats and submit required and customized reporting in a timely manner.· Track and maintain documentation pertaining to all Service Level Objectives and reporting requirements.· Conduct management studies, as requested, analyze reporting methodology, design reports and submit contractually-required reports.· Research and provide quantitative and qualitative data for all required reports.· Lead contract compliance and reporting process improvement efforts as they relate to Small Business & Membership Sales contracts.· Escalate issues appropriately to Director, Small Business &· Membership Sales to ensure timely resolutions at the lowest possible management level.· Audit company operational performance related to Small Business & Membership contracts through analysis of companys Net Promoter Score methodology and communicate noted deficiencies to Director, Small Business & Membership Sales.· Responsible for ongoing Small Business & Membership Sales contract reviews to ensure compliance.· Collaborate with Small Business & Membership Sales staff to perform ad-hoc analysis to explain variances in any/all contractual requirements.· Participate, as required, any/all meetings with Small Business & Membership Sales and/or partner/customer organizations where contract compliance and/or reporting are discussed.· Through strong contract compliance and reporting processes, build and maintain positive strategic relationships with Small Business Membership Sales partner/customer organizations.· Provide administrative and analytical support to Director, Small Business & Membership Sales.· Support the Director, Small Business & Membership Sales, as well as the Division Vice President, Business Development & Sales Operations, with any/all requests for contract compliance and/or reporting.· Participate in the development and implementation of new contractual relationships, including new business initiatives, strategies and proposals.· Focus on complete partner/customer satisfaction through contract compliance and reporting. · Bachelor's degree in related discipline.· Four (4) years experience in contract administration.· Demonstrated proficiency in project management specifically related to contract compliance or administration.· Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and resolving compliance and reporting issues· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and leadership qualities.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Excellent personal computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet or equivalent programs.· Must be able to multi-task, working productively on multiple concurrent efforts.· Must be able to adapt to changing and demanding work environment.· Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, manage time and focus on specific responsibilities in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.· Must exhibit positive attitude, drive and determination.· Must be able to work cooperatively with other staff members.· Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and partner/customer organization representatives.· Personal ownership for performance and decision-making.· Effective quantitative and analytical skills; highly motivated and self-directed.· Comfortable with providing, and receiving, constructive feedback for the purpose of improvement and accuracy.· Willingness to become a change agent in partner/customer contract compliance and reporting issues.
