Tire company in the Juno Beach, FL area is seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst.

Earn a salary of $40,000 - $45,000 at this full-time, direct hire position.

Job Description: Research and examine credit worthiness of customers: assess credit history, analyze customer financials, request updated bank and trade references, approve or deny extension of credit to commercial customers, and present analysis to management.  Handle a multi-million dollar accounts receivable portfolio.  Research of unapplied payments and the collections of past due invoices.  Keep excellent record management of delinquent accounts and maintain documented information within collection files.  Maintain quality customer service with both internal and external customers, and perform on both an informative and professional level.  Manage the responsibility of speaking directly to store/branch personnel regarding following proper accounts receivable policy and procedures. Analyst will be expected to work closely with management and to establish relationships with the various store locations and sales throughout the US, in support of order requests, while managing the company's financial risk.

Requirements: 4 year degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience 2 to 5 years of demonstrated successful Credit/Financial Analysis experience, with both Domestic and International customers Experience in a Commercial, Retail, or Wholesale atmosphere is preferred Above average to proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel SAP experience a plus Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, along with superior customer service and a highly motivated demeanor Extremely detailed oriented and have excellent organizational skills Capable of handling multiple tasks and willing to be a part of special projects assigned Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed Goal oriented with ability to meet firm deadlines
