Job Responsibilities

This position is heavily consumed with data entry.  The Customer Information Coordinator is responsible for managing critical data used throughout the organization.  This position immediately supports the Marketing Department with information for advertising campaigns and marketing projects, while also supporting multiple divisions’ needs for accurate and timely information.

Primary responsibilities include:

·  Entering customer data including account, contact, machine population and salesman assignments. 

·  Prioritizing of inbound request from multiple sources such as e-mail, phone, intra-office mail, and CRM software.

·  Improving data accuracy through processing of data error reports.  Interfacing with internal stakeholders with a customer-first, friendly approach.

Job Requirements Minimum high school diploma required, some college preferred Team building and leadership abilities Excellent customer service skills Mature professional demeanor with a good interactive personality Strong written and verbal skills Detail oriented; strives for excellence in all assignments Excellent organizational skills and the ablitiy to mulit-task Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Access
