Customer Retention Coordinator

Exciting things are happening at Henry Day Ford. Since we built our brand new, state-of-the-art facility included with a fast past Quicklane Department and growing Accessory Department we have an immediate position available for a Customer Service Coordinator.

 

This position is the hub of communication for our service department.  You will take all inbound service calls as well as conduct outbound calls.

This is a permanent full time position with an excellent pay plan.

 

Qualifications:

 

· 18 Years or Older

· Valid Driver’s License

· Maintain 125 calls daily

· Motivated/Hardworking

· Sales Minded

· Ethical

· Customer Oriented
