About the Opportunity

Job Purpose: To contact potential customers by phone, assess their needs and wants and set appointments for them to come in and purchase a vehicle. Candidate must have exceptional people skills and be willing to work some evenings. Experience is NOT necessary. WE OFFER ON THE JOB TRAINING FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS.

Job Summary:

We are searching for candidates who can help maintain our current customer base, and experience years of extraordinary income and independence within an always growing dealership. Someone who is interested in working in a fun environment and feels comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone, assisting customers and gaining their trust that you are there to help them. Duties:Works with customers on a daily basis Talk to customers on the phone about their automotive needs. Setting appts for customers to visit the dealership. Greeting the customer when they arrive and then making sure they get put with the proper salesperson. Work in a team environment and learn about the financing and automotive industry. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:MUST HAVE EXCELLENT PHONE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. Gathers information and evaluating options. Listens attentively and actively. Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information and set appointments. Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests. Committed to meeting quality standards. Can explain product features and benefits. Is familiar with working with computers. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
